• Government of A.P. agreed for sanction of scholarships and reimbursement of Tuition fees to all eligible   minority students on saturation basis
• The Annual Income limit enhanced to Rs.1.00 lakh per annum
• Post Matric Scholarship and Reimbursement of Tuition Fee for Category ‘A’ convener quota students only in case of Professional Courses.
• Full Fee reimbursement Scheme was introduced in 2008-09. Under this scheme scholarship & Reimbursement of Tuition Fee for eligible Minority students.
• The rates of Scholarships for Post Matric Students under Student Managed Hostel category is Rs.250/- per month for 10 months for all courses.
• Scholarship for College Managed Hostel category for Diploma, Intermediate, Graduation courses @
• Rs.400/- per month and from Post Graduation, Professional courses @ Rs. 525/- per month for a period of 10 months.
• During the year 2008-09 1,20,934 students were extended scholarships amounting to Rs.2563.66 lakhs and Fee reimbursement of Rs. 10093.41 lakhs
