www.ngcnalgonda.org I NG COLLEGE RESULTS I NAGARJUNA COLLEGE NALGONDA I

Nalgonda district, which was a part of Hyderabad state, was under the rule of asaf jahi dynasty and it was merged in Indian union in 1948. it is a rural based district with 85% of its population living in villages. The district has a rich cultural heritage and the oldest centre of learning , dating back to budha’s period located in nagarjuna sagar, kolanpaka, panagal, rachakonda and pillalamarri were the other centers of learning in the past.

However, facilities for contemporary higher education in the district were provided only after 1955. the earliest one is nagarjuna government college, which was established in july 1956 by a small group of enlightened and enthusiastic individuals, who gathered under the name of NAGARJUNA COLLEGE SAMITHI to bring quality higher education to nalgonda and its surrounding areas. This college, which started with 60 pupils in pre-university class in 1956, became first-grade institution by 1957-58 with degree courses in arts, science and commerce. The government of Andhra Pradesh took this college into its fold in October 1958 and there is no looking back since then.

CHRISTAMAS POEMS,SONGS I CHRISTAMAS POEMS FREE DOWNLOAD

1) What Do We Love About Christmas?

What do we love about Christmas;
Does our delight reside in things?
Or are the feelings in our hearts
The real gift that Christmas brings.

It's seeing those we love,
And sending Christmas cards, too,
Appreciating people who bring us joy
Special people just like you.

2)The Nicest Present

Under the tree the gifts enthrall,
But the nicest present of them all
Is filling our thoughts with those who care,
Wanting our Christmas joy to share.

To you, whom we're often thinking of,
We send our holiday joy and love

3)Christmas Joys

Evergreen boughs that fill our homes
With fragrant Christmas scents,
Hearts filled with the loving glow
That Christmas represents;

Christmas cookies, turkeys stuffed,
Festive holly berry,
Little faces bright with joy,
Loved ones being merry;

Parties, songs, beribboned gifts,
Silver bells that tinkle,
Christmas trees and ornaments,
Colorful lights that twinkle;

Relatives waiting with open arms
To smile and hug and kiss us;
These are some of the special joys
That come along with Christmas

4)Recipe for Christmas All Year Long

Take a heap of child-like wonder
That opens up our eyes
To the unexpected gifts in life—
Each day a sweet surprise.

Mix in fond appreciation
For the people whom we know;
Like festive Christmas candles,
Each one has a special glow.

Add some giggles and some laughter,
A dash of Christmas food,
(Amazing how a piece of pie
Improves our attitude!)

Stir it all with human kindness;
Wrap it up in love and peace,
Decorate with optimism, and
Our joy will never cease.

If we use this healthy recipe,
We know we will remember
To be in the Christmas spirit,
Even when it's not December

5.The Real Reason

Excitement and joy are filling the air;
The lights add special decor.
We're shopping for Christmas gifts everywhere,
But are gifts what Christmas is for?

The wreaths and the trees and the parties
Aren't what we need to convey;
It's the birth of our Savior, Jesus,
The real reason for this holiday.

6.Christmas Magic

Are we too grownup to feel a thrill
As we light the Christmas tree?
Are we immune to cookies,
Christmas cards and Christmas glee?

Are we too adult to "Ooh" and "Aah"
At the Christmas candle's glow?
Are we blasé about our gifts;
Do we shun the mistletoe?

Are we too mature for carols,
For merry or for jolly?
Do the decorations leave us cold,
The ornaments and holly?

Fat chance! We'll never grow too old
To love the Christmas magic.
A year without a Christmas
Would be boring, even tragic.

So bring it on! The candy canes,
The feasting and good cheer;
O Christmas, lovely Christmas,
You're the highlight of the year

7.Christmas Tree Poem

Christmas tree, sparkling bright,
Filled with baubles, warmth and light,
Precious symbol of our affection
For Christmas time and its perfection,
Show each night your radiant glory
For "oohs" and "aahs" obligatory.

Christmas tree, don't let us down;
Show something special at your crown,
An angel, star, or splendid piece
To make our holiday joy increase,
An icon, pure, ideal, complete,
For Christmas memories fond and sweet.

Glitter and glisten, gleam and glow,
Oh Christmas tree, we love you so!

CHILDRENS DAY ESSAY I nov 14 CHILDRENS DAY I NEHRU JAYANTI

Children's day is celebrated in India on 14th november every year with a great celebrity. It is celebrated on the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehruji who loved and was loved by children. He was called as "Chacha ji" by children However, while 20th November is universally celebrated as Children’s Day, in India this day has been preponed to 14th November, the date the marks the birth anniversary of independent India’s first Prime Minister – Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
Children's Day is an event celebrated on various days in many places around the world. International Children's Day is celebrated on June 1 and Universal Children's Day is on November 20.[1]Other countries celebrate a local 'children's day' on other dates.
The reason why his birthday has been chosen for the celebration of children is because of his love and passion for children. Pandit Nehru is also regarded as the country’s special child to have been the first Prime Minister, after his long struggle for independence.
The day is marked with a lot of activities for children. But the fact remains that only a section of the country’s children actually have an opportunity to celebrate their existence. Schools organize events and activities that their students thoroughly enjoy, but there is an entire populace of young ones that are left ignored on this special day – the downtrodden street children.As mentioned earlier, Children's day in India is celebrated on Pandit Nehruji's birthday as a day of fun and frolic, a celebration of childhood, children and Nehruji's love for them. As a tribute to his love for children, Nehruji's birthday is celebrated all over India as 'CHILDREN'S DAY
Children’s day is special day for the children. Universally, Children’s Day is celebrated on 20th November, every year.
But in India it is celebrated on 14th November, because the date marks the birth anniversary of legendary freedom fighter and independent India’s first Prime Minister – Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru.
As a tribute to Nehru and his love for children, Children’s Day is celebrated on his birth date.
This day reminds to each and every one of us, to renew our commitment to the welfare of children and teach them to live by their Chacha Nehru’s quality and dream.
